Our Wood Products

As part of our Environmental policy Heart of England tree services aim to recycle all waste generated by our business activities. Where possible by-products of felled timber such as seasoned and semi seasoned hardwood and softwood logs are made available to the general public and businesses for use on open fires, log burners, multi fuel stoves, wood burning stoves, biomass boilers and in power stations.

We also produce and sell woodchip which is excellent for use in gardens, borders, flower beds, paths and play areas. Wood chips when used as mulch can provide a number of different benefits such as weed suppression, moisture retention and as a soil enhancer.

We are often asked the same questions by our customers so we thought we'd share some of the answers.
Do you only deliver in the Birmingham area?
We will deliver for free within a 10 mile radius of our office post code B74 2HH. Deliveries outside this area will be charged by the mile, so it makes sense to order double or triple loads and have us coming out to you just once. For long distance deliveries we usually only consider bulk deliveries. Please get in touch to find out more about delivery charges.
How do I pay for the delivery?
Payment can be made by cheque or cash on delivery.
Do you stack the firewood?
We are happy to stack the firewood at a cost of £10 per bulk bag. Our drivers will get as close as possible before they deposit the load. If you have access restrictions please be sure to let us know before delivery.
How do we know your prices represent good value?
Buying in bulk as opposed to at your local petrol station or garden centre ensures you are getting the best deal around but we also constantly monitor timber prices to ensure our pricing is as competitive as possible. Add to that our price beat promise and you should have peace of mind that you can't get a better deal any where else!
