Heart of England tree services was founded in 1999 by Mr. Craig Archer ND ARB to provide affordable highly professional tree care services to a variety of clients across the West Midlands.

We are now one of Birmingham's best known Tree surgery firms with a team of fully trained and experienced climbers and tree care staff. We have a full range of tree services available and carry out tree maintenance for domestic clients and business clients. We work with companies of all sizes and have worked on contracts for a number of local councils and authorities. We use the latest tree surgery techniques and equipment to ensure your trees are properly cared for and maintained with minimal disruption to you, your home and the surrounding land. We work quickly and remove all the waste generated by our procedures, so there is no mess to clear up or worry about.

The company is based in Sutton Coldfield, so we find most of our work falls within a 50 mile radius of Birmingham, however, we have carried out our tree surgery right across the UK and will travel nationwide should the project dictate. Please call us to discuss your needs in more detail.

  • I have to add my comments to the list of testimonials that praise this very Professional arborist. We first encountered Craig at the big storm a few years ago when the Crown was blown off the Oak Tree oil our garden. I struggled to find anyone willing to answer the phone or indeed return my call. The tree was in a dangerous condition. I made contact Craig who said he would attend and did so that day. He was most concerned that the Tree should not be lost and with his staff carried out a fantastic job to make the tree safe and to ensure it would not be lost. That tree has flourished and has received some `TLC from Craig and will certainly outlive us all. Since that time he has carried out additional work and at no time have I had cause to criticise or complain. Always a first class job. He is a man of his word and turns up every time as promised. He is polite and hard working as are his workers. They clean up all debris and he is most particular that they do so.
