I have to add my comments to the list of testimonials that praise this very Professional arborist. We first encountered Craig at the big storm a few years ago when the Crown was blown off the Oak Tree oil our garden.
I struggled to find anyone willing to answer the phone or indeed return my call. The tree was in a dangerous condition. I made contact Craig who said he would attend and did so that day. He was most concerned that the Tree should not be lost and with his staff carried out a fantastic job to make the tree safe and to ensure it would not be lost.
That tree has flourished and has received some `TLC from Craig and will certainly outlive us all. Since that time he has carried out additional work and at no time have I had cause to criticise or complain. Always a first class job. He is a man of his word and turns up every time as promised. He is polite and hard working as are his workers.
They clean up all debris and he is most particular that they do so. This week they visited and primed a long boundary hedge in our garden, Again a first class job. Second to none. I would highly recommend Heart of England.As always he stopped to admire the Oak Tree and made his customary comment of “I’m so pleased we saved that tree, I told you it would survive and flourish.
I have only just come across this site and thought that it might help others to make an informed judgement when choosing tree bush or hedge care in any shape or form.Best wishes for the future and see you next year Craig.
